Payment is made directly to Cape Fridge Doctor at the time of your appointment. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. There are no online charges or deposits required upfront.
Do you repair all fridge brands?
Yes — we service all makes and all models, including domestic refrigerators, chest and upright freezers, and commercial coldrooms. If it refrigerates, we can repair it.
Will you come to my home or business?
Absolutely. We operate a fully mobile service across Cape Town, which means all repairs are carried out on-site at your premises. There is no need to disconnect or transport your appliance.
What does the 6-month guarantee cover?
Our 6-month guarantee covers the specific repair carried out on your appliance. Should the same fault recur within that period, we will return and address it at no additional call-out cost. We stand behind our workmanship.
How quickly can a technician reach me?
Our technicians are on standby and we aim to offer same-day service wherever possible. Get in touch and we will confirm the earliest available time. We operate Monday to Friday 08:00–19:00, Saturday 08:30–14:30.
